At Frost and Orchard, we’re committed to delivering delicious dried fruit and freeze-dried candy that meets the highest standards of quality and freshness. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
We will offer a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

The product was spoiled or defective upon arrival
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will notify you of the next steps. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
